These are the only flakes which I have found which have taste, texture and substance without added spiciness. Despite their popularity in my local supermarket (they always disappeared quickly from the shelves) they no longer stock them and I now have to buy them direct. I eat them with milk alone or added to my home blend of muesli to give added crunch.

I often used the recipes on the website and was delighted when the book was published, great to have them all in one gorgeous book. I have been disappointed with other gf recipes but have tried several of these and never had any issues, always delicious. The oat and date traybake is my current favourite. Thank you!
