These are the only flakes which I have found which have taste, texture and substance without added spiciness. Despite their popularity in my local supermarket (they always disappeared quickly from the shelves) they no longer stock them and I now have to buy them direct. I eat them with milk alone or added to my home blend of muesli to give added crunch.

I thoroughly enjoy this cookbook it has been a lifesaver for my family. My husband and son were both diagnosed coeliac. I always loved baking so they were used to home made fancies. The recipes are so easy to follow and no-one can tell the difference which means I use it for all my baking. Delicious 😋

FREEE are the experts in providing gluten free cooking ingredients and now they have published a gluten free cookbook. The recipes are all easy to make with beautiful photos and easy to read print. The book will provide everybody who is a coeliac, and some who are not, many happy baking days free from the worry of thinking is this safe to eat. Highly recommended.
